These SMS Terms govern text messages sent by Reliable Credit Solutions (“we,” “us,” or “our”) in connection with credit strategy reviews, appointments, and follow-up communication. By opting in to receive SMS messages, you agree to these terms.
Program Description
Reliable Credit Solutions sends text messages to clients and prospective clients who have explicitly opted in. Messages may include:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Scheduling follow-up and rescheduling requests
- Updates on your credit strategy review
- Responses to inquiries you have submitted
We do not send unsolicited promotional or marketing text messages. All messages are directly related to your request for or engagement with our credit services.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your engagement and appointment activity. You will typically receive no more than 1–4 messages per month unless you have an active appointment or have recently submitted an inquiry.
Opt-In
SMS opt-in is obtained through our website booking form. By checking the SMS consent checkbox, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Reliable Credit Solutions at the phone number you provide. Consent is:
- Voluntary: you are not required to opt in to use our services
- Separate from our general privacy and contact consent
- Revocable at any time (see Opt-Out below)
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.
How to Opt Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time using any of the following methods:
- Text STOP (or QUIT, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE) to any message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed.
- Email us at the address below requesting removal from SMS communications.
- Contact us through our website contact form.
We will honor opt-out requests within 10 business days. After opting out, you will not receive further marketing or appointment messages unless you explicitly opt back in.

Rates & Carrier Disclaimer
Message and data rates may apply. These are charged by your mobile carrier according to your plan. Reliable Credit Solutions does not charge for SMS messages. Contact your carrier for details about your data plan.
Privacy & Data Sharing
Mobile information of end users who opt into our messaging program will never be shared or sold to third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes.
Your phone number and messaging consent are stored in our CRM (GoHighLevel) solely for the purpose of delivering the messages you have requested. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number for third-party marketing under any circumstances.

Supported Carriers
SMS messaging is available through all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, and others. Carrier support may vary.
