Neither Reliable Credit Solutions nor any credit repair company can remove accurate, current, and verifiable information from your credit report. No credit repair service can legally guarantee the removal of any specific item from your credit file.

Credit repair services work by identifying and disputing inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable information through the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). The outcome of any dispute depends on the accuracy of the item, the credit bureau’s investigation, and creditor responses, all of which are outside our control.

You have the right to dispute inaccurate information directly with credit bureaus at no charge. Contact Equifax, Experian, or TransUnion directly, or visit annualcreditreport.com for your free annual credit report.

No Guarantees of Outcome

Right to Cancel Services

Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (15 U.S.C. § 1679), you have the right to cancel any credit repair services contract with Reliable Credit Solutions without penalty or obligation at any time before midnight of the 3rd business day after the date you signed the contract.

Reliable Credit Solutions will not charge or collect any payment until the 3-business-day cancellation period has expired and will provide you with a cancellation form at the time of signing.

Texas Credit Services Organization

Reliable Credit Solutions operates as a Credit Services Organization (CSO) under the Texas Credit Services Organization Act (Texas Finance Code § 393). We are registered with the Texas Secretary of State and maintain the required surety bond for the protection of Texas consumers.
